Silence
Not a leaf is ruffling
In this vast cosmos of unending dreams,
As if the unbridled force of nature
Has reached its final destination.

Silence….. deafening to the ears,
Shredding my soul to its core,
Freezing all the life energies –
Poisoning me to a slow death.
Not a leaf is ruffling
In this vast cosmos of unending dreams,
As if the unbridled force of nature
Has reached its final destination;
Dimming away every twinkling light
From the night sky,
And plunging me into the grasp of an unfathomable abyss.
The end is near; the dreams have began to rot,
And the pain of fall from the dizzying heights
Of bliss
Has been lost in the agony of silence.
Of the many meadows ploughed together,
Will remain a wasteland of unfulfilled lives.
Silence….. is all left for me.
